Albert Murutayi
Legal and Corporate Secretary
Albert is the Bait Energy Legal and Corporate Secretary. His expertise is on tax, banking and, financial projects and infrastructure, corporate and commercial law, commercial dispute resolution, and intellectual property.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Zimbabwe, a Certificate in Investment Foundations from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts. Certificate in Corporate Finance from the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is a finalist year student with the Chartered Governance and Accountancy Institute of Zimbabwe. He is a current member of the law society of Zimbabwe.
